More right than wrong for the Steelers, and a B to prove it.

The Steelers did not so much draft Gabe Jacas as overpay for him, 36 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They will answer for taking offensive lineman early while quarterback, linebacker and other spots went begging. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

The Scott steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
