The Chargers clearly saw something nobody else did in Chad Lindberg, taking him 31 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. However the rest shakes out, Williams at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
