The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Kyle McCord, the Round 6 slot, roughly 63 picks past where he belonged. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The cost of the Farmer reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
