VICCITYHAWKER DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks

Draft Grade — Seahawks

FutureB-
The Seahawks answered their biggest question with Nix. Grade: B. After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Seahawks committed. Bo Nix is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.
Williams falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
Every board in the league had Sinnott lower, and that gap is the story.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
Pick Analysis
Pick25
Rnd1
Bo Nix
In the Round 1 slot they get the face of the franchise. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick58
Rnd2
Graham Barton
Graham Barton at the 58th overall pick is the sort of value that quietly wins a weekend. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick78
Rnd3
Javon Bullard
The board had Javon Bullard higher than the 78th pick, and the safety fell to them anyway. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick81
Rnd3
McKinnley Jackson
A market-rate interior defensive lineman, with the board and the slot shaking hands on McKinnley Jackson. The roster fit checks out.
Pick118
Rnd4
Darius Robinson
They paid sticker price for Darius Robinson in Round 4, Pick 18, and that is fine. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick126
Rnd4
Ben Sinnott
A reach on Ben Sinnott in slot 126; the board had better options right there. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick154
Rnd5
LaDarius Henderson
LaDarius Henderson at No. 154 is a clear overpay, with better names still on the board. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick194
Rnd6
Jaylan Ford
They let Jaylan Ford come to them and pounced at pick 194. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick236
Rnd7
Jontrey Hunter
Jontrey Hunter at the 236th pick is money in the bank, a safety taken below his worth. Stacking talent where they were already deep.
Pick247
Rnd7
Miyan Williams
Steal is underselling it; Miyan Williams at the Round 7 slot is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
