You could see the war room lean forward. Upton Stout at the Round 7 slot is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. The Simpkins III pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.
