Hampton should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B.

When a board-topper like Omarion Hampton slides to the Round 3 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Steelers did not.

The Conner pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The safety hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered.
