The Commanders let Jackson fall and pounced. Final grade: B.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Donovan Jackson got past him. The Commanders do not have to explain a thing at the 148th overall pick. The bottom line is a respectable B.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Reaching for Hawes left real value on the table behind him.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
