The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Chiefs watched Charles Grant slide 82 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The Buchanan reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
