The Giants spent the pick that matters most on Arch Manning, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Rodriguez at that price is a win they earned.
