A sensible, unshowy class lands the Falcons a B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Falcons watched Hollin Pierce slide 30 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The cost of the Ivey reach is exactly the players who went right after him. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
