The rest of the league had time to spare on Jimmy Horn Jr.; the Titans did not wait, grabbing him 95 spots ahead at pick No. 257. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

So much rides on Cam Ward that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. However the rest shakes out, James at that price is a win they earned. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
