The Bills let Mondon Jr. fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Somebody in slot 206 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bills sat still while Smael Mondon Jr., the No. 110 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The Hemingway pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That offensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Bills clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Job largely done: linebacker settled and 4 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
