You could see the war room lean forward. Bhayshul Tuten at pick 225 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Williams reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
