When a board-topper like TreVeyon Henderson slides to the 145th overall pick, you do not overthink it, and the Panthers did not.

If Durant pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Spending an early pick on interior defensive lineman with cornerback, edge rusher and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
