Skattebo should have been long gone. The Jets pounced, and earned a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Jets watched Cam Skattebo slide 45 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Every board in the league had Cornelius lower, and that gap is the story.

Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
