The Bears drew a line under the quarterback search with Williams: A-.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Bullock at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The Rice reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Caleb Williams and all.
