The 49ers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

The 49ers torched the value chart for Thor Griffith, taking him 112 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. It is not that Ramsey is a bad player; it is that the 49ers had louder needs to answer first.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
