Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Broncos were there to profit. Payton Wilson, the No. 57 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 121st pick.

Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Reaching for Eboigbe left real value on the table behind him.

Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
