The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bills shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

McConkey has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers. The Chad Ryland deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

The verdict is harsh because the weekend was, and there is little to argue.
