The Commanders bled value on every deal, hence the D.

The Commanders lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Trey Hendrickson pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns. Lawson at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.
