You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Panthers did exactly that with Kaytron Allen in the Round 5 slot. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, wide receiver very much included.
