The Bears let Emmanwori fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bears were there to profit. Nick Emmanwori, the No. 19 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 41. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.

In the 10th overall pick they get protection for the quarterback. A clean fit for the roster.
