The 49ers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Oluwafemi Oladejo at slot 138 is 102 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.

The Williams steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The 49ers paired the rookies with proven help, Evan Engram leading the way.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
