The real work happened on the phones. The Rams fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.

They will answer for taking cornerback early while running back, quarterback and other spots went begging. However the rest shakes out, Hill Jr. at that price is a win they earned.

They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
