The steal of the weekend belongs to the Patriots and Washington: B.

The board owed the Patriots one, and it paid up: Malik Washington, the No. 158 name on the board, sitting there at pick 182 like a gift left on the doorstep. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Every board in the league had Sinnott lower, and that gap is the story.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
