You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Packers did exactly that with Clayton Smith in the 254th pick. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Igbinosun.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Christian Gonzalez pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
