The Commanders worked the phones like thieves and earned a A-.

Whoever sat across the table from the Commanders should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

The Stribling pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Wagner. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Avieon Terrell and all.
