Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Reaching for Buchanan left real value on the table behind him. Trey Hendrickson gives the group a proven body among the projects.
