The Bengals let Riley fall and pounced. Final grade: D.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Quincy Riley tumbling to the Bengals in the Round 7 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The Mukuba pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback still on the board.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will need Ratledge to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
