A sensible, unshowy class lands the Bears a B+.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Bears did exactly that with Isaiah Williams in pick No. 132. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Harden falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Solomon pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back still on the board.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
