The Eagles lost the trade table, and the D tells the story. The Eagles did not so much draft Dominic Zvada as overpay for him, 101 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. It grades a D, and the process earned it.
However the rest shakes out, Taylor at that price is a win they earned. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.
On the needs board they went 9 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
