Adams should have been long gone. The Broncos pounced, and earned a B+. Somebody in No. 181 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Broncos sat still while Isaiah Adams, the No. 138 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. The bottom line is a respectable B+.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will answer for taking cornerback early while edge rusher went begging. The Liufau pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
