The phones sank the 49ers this weekend: C+.

The 49ers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Erick All at the Round 4 slot regardless, 69 picks early. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it.

They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

If Zach Frazier and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
