The Lions checked most of the boxes and earned a B.

It is the swing that defines the weekend: Beau Stephens in pick 128, a good 20 spots before the room expected him. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

Landing Payne that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
