The rest of the league will want that one back. Mike Washington Jr. tumbling to the Browns in pick 141 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The Elarms-Orr pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

On the needs board they went 7 of 9, with quarterback the one that mattered most.
