The Cowboys spent real capital to be 37 picks early on Dasan McCullough, and the board is going to hold them to it. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Landing Weigman that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
