After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Raiders committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

Every board in the league had James lower, and that gap is the story. Landing Dunker that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
