There is reaching, and then there is Fred Davis at slot 232. The Bears jumped the board by 132 and dared it to prove them wrong.

That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
