Thirty-one other rooms let Keith Randolph Jr. slide, and the Chiefs were the ones holding the card at slot 175. Highway robbery. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
