The board owed the Jets one, and it paid up: Devin Neal, the No. 84 name on the board, sitting there at the 205th overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep.

The Rourke pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
