Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Seahawks spent the 234th pick on Tyler Shough, a name the board had a full 188 spots lower. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

That Skattebo pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
