The rest of the league will want that one back. LeQuint Allen tumbling to the Seahawks in the 175th pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

Reaching for Conner left real value on the table behind him. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
