A mixed bag for the Bills, and a C+ to match.

The Bills' one glaring miss is linebacker, a need they left exactly as they found it. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

The Mukuba reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The back end got a real overhaul.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
