The steal of the weekend belongs to the Browns and Freeling: B.

The board owed the Browns one, and it paid up: Monroe Freeling, the No. 117 name on the board, sitting there at the Round 5 slot like a gift left on the doorstep.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
