The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Dolphins watched Cody Simon slide 90 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

If Griffith pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
