This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, the No. 51 name on the board, stolen at the 87th pick. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Wheatley pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher still on the board.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
