Slaughter should have been long gone. The Dolphins pounced, and earned a B+.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Jake Slaughter got past him. The Dolphins do not have to explain a thing at Round 3, Pick 26. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. If Josephs pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Christian Darrisaw deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
