You build a draft on nights like this. Jake Slaughter had no business being available in slot 80, and the Dolphins did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The cost of the Harris reach is exactly the players who went right after him. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
