McNeil-Warren should have been long gone. The Dolphins pounced, and earned a B+.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Dolphins were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value.

Getting McNeil-Warren where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The offensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Brazzell II reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the offensive lineman spot they never got to.
