Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Rams never addressed wide receiver, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with tight end chief among the fixes. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
